FFXIV graphical issue

HI, this has been going on for a while I guess but it seems to only be in areas with a lot of other players, if I'm zoomed out most of the names go blank and all the menus have blank text. They're still usable but none of the text shows up an there are white lines like this on the screen.
I have a gtx970 i think so obviously its not great but I dont try to play it on high settings either

see the chatbox is blank/ the chatbox tabs/ the numbers on my hotbar icons are gone

And this issue goes away if I zoom in close enough not to see many people

Try the artifact scan of ATITool (yes, also works with nVidia ) for a few minutes. If you see yellow spots on the fur cube it means your GPU has problems and might die soon. If everything's OK, it might be a driver issue or a screwed-up game install.

It was doing it with my year old nvidia driver and I just updated to whatever the newest game ready one is and its still doing it

The fur cube looked fine and had no errors
