A yoshi?
So does that mean that Samurai Jack is black?

Choo Choo, all aboard the Hype train.Netflix has committed to a 10-episode first season. There’s an impressive lineup of showrunners on board: Andre Nemec and Josh Appelbaum (Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol), along with Jeff Pinkner (Fringe) and Scott Rosenberg (Knightfall). Christopher Yost (Thor: The Dark World, Thor: Ragnarok) will write the first episode.
How did the same guy write both Thor 2 and 3? lol
Show me a live action adaptation of an anime that went well and I'll probably not be as cautiously optimistic as I am about this. I feel this will just fall flat on its face.
Get. Keanu.
Or don't do this.
not sure if want, bebop is kinda hard to capture.
Yepp that's why it probably shouldn't be done.
I'll admit I haven't watched a single anime adaptation of anything because I already know they are going to be worse than sitting through days of our lives while waiting to get a cavity filled but I will probably at least try this just because of what it is and who's involved.
I hope they use this opportunity to finally correct that editing mistake from the anime where it cuts out right before Spike gets back up and everything is fine.

Fuck I don't know.
Didn't like what Netflix did with Deathnote (besides Ryuk), so naturally I'm worried about this...
Forget spike and jet, I can't fathom how they wouldn't fuck up faye and ed beyond belief.
Netflix is all about churning things out in bulk to find their next stranger things, stranger things didn't start with a mass of hard to please fans ready to pick it apart though.
I can't believe a realistic level of effort will be put into keeping the same bebop atmosphere, not only that but I am skeptical some aspects could even if they tried.
