Broly and Bardock will join the fight as new paid content for Dragon Ball FighterZ available on 28th March, 2018 along with the Commentator Voice Pack. In addition to the DLC release date, Bandai Namco Entertainment also today reveal more details about a free update scheduled to be live in Spring.

Broly and Bardock, also included into the FighterZ Pass which contains a total of 8 characters, will delight all players with their special attacks and skills highlighted in a new gameplay video of Bardock revealed today. Further good news for the fans is dramatic scenes will also be unlockable under certain conditions when using these new characters! Relive like never before the epic fight of Bardock against Frieza and the battle of Goku versus Broly. Last important update available on 28th March, the Commentator Voice Pack will let Chichi, Videl and Android 18 commentate the stunning battles!

An exciting Free Update is also planned to be released in Spring allowing players to compete between the different Z-Unions! They can already join the Z-Union to show their love for their favorite Dragon Ball Character and get rewards but competition will start in Spring. Be ready!

Bandai Namco Entertainment today reveal the launch trailer for the iconic Dragon Ball characters Broly and Bardock both available 28th March. Each fighter will be available individually and will include five alternative colours, a lobby avatar and a Z-Stamp.

Broly is one of the last survivors of Frieza’s attack on Planet Vegeta that eliminated almost all Saiyans. The Legendary Super Saiyan’s huge physique grants his attacks an impressive reach and enormous power. His Meteor Ultimate Attack Gigantic Meteor lets him hover over his opponent and instantly unleash a huge blast of energy.

Bardock, the father of Radditz and Goku, has perfected his skills as a mighty warrior in numerous battles. He’s a character that’s easy to learn but hard to master. Extending his combos takes skill but his invincible and deadly rush attacks are extremely difficult to counter. His Meteor Ultimate Attack turns Bardock into a Super Saiyan, channeling the might of the mysterious alien race.

Both characters will also be part of the FighterZ Pass which gathers a total of 8 new fighters. Broly and Bardock will each feature a highly dramatic scene which are shown in the new trailer.

Bardock lived up to my expectations and is a blast to play. Facing off against Broly just leaves me confused. Can't get a read on how to engage him.

Beam assists from range to bait the charge > block it >> punish the fuck out of him. Only his charge has more than 1 reliable hit of armor; the rest can be punished by beams with multiple hits. Don't let him corner you. Especially with assists.
