Pastrnak is 21 - not sure what the hold up is with his contract but apparently it may have to do with signing bonuses - remember that the lockout may be happening soon, with the CBA expiring.

No but that's what I thought you were talking about because whether his contract kick in this season or next, the Oilers will have 20M tied up in two forwards, there's nothing there to "figure out."
