Can't comment on corruption. That judge probably favored the steady HEAVY hits Canelo was dishing out versus the VOLUME GGG was doing. I don't agree but that's a small defense for it.
When they run it back, i'll be there

118-110 is impossible to believe even for a mexican, anyways best fight of the year for sure.
Oh well, gj Boxing. Build up a shit ton of good will with a fight between two legit top 10 p4p fighters, have them put on a great show, and then instantly fucking blow it by having one of your most incompetent judges throw out a blatantly rigged scorecard.
My main question is who paid her off, De La Hoya or the casinos (since so few people bet on draws)
in Adalaide's defense she may not actually be corrupt she may just be an incompetent idiot who has no business judging a fight (or maybe both), she is widely known as one of the worst judges in the history of combat sports
question is why the fuck was she assigned to a fight of this magnitude. her husband's a famous ref but-
it's almost like boxing has no will to compete for relevancy. show me on the doll where competent judges touched you, boxing
She got the job because she's the husband of Robert Byrd ( the ref from mcgregor mayweather ) - if you search her name on these forums you'll see me bitching about her mma judging.
She just isn't a competent judge, but this score was truly exceptionally terrible.
Midway through the fight I told my buddy it was going to end in a draw. Shit like this is why I don't watch boxing at all. Too crooked, too many incompetent judges.
@mannypacquiao
Did they bring these judges over from Australia? #CaneloGGG

assuming it's fixed,
what's the incentive to fix the fight in that kind of way?
is betting the only angle?
The amount of money a rematch would generate, Vegas betting $, or the fact that boxing has decided that Canelo is the next big thing.
Realistically, it's like AG said, she's just that incompetent.
