I was surprised how much I liked the last two. My only exposure previously was the POS remake with Marky Mark. I'll def check this one out but prob not until after theater

I didn't watch the first one, but I quite liked the second despite the absurdity of the premise. Also it gave us this gif which is fucking amazing:

Never rooted so hard for damn dirty apes. 'Bad ape"s shenanigans were fairly humorous and showed us even apes get awkward and cringy when they go all hermit. Little girl was adorable. Caesar did heroic Caesear stuff

New angle/premise was stupid and completely unnecessary to plot. I assume was meant to make human leader look less like a dick but didn't work 3d was mostly meh

This movie was absolutely incredible. I loved it from beginning to end. Very emotional journey for the characters we've been following for 3 movies. One of the best trilogies that is consistently good that I can think of.

Just got out of it. Still need to see the second one, but despite a screaming toddler and someone texting towards the end, a very enjoyable movie.
