Teach me how to save Tyven so I can buy some Ls.
I recently went from Logitech Z323 2.1 speakers to a Sony 5.1 surround sound system via optical audio and I love it. If spending more than $50 on pc speakers I really have no clue what's the best bang for your buck. Most go with a separate receiver system at that point. Headphones, Sennheiser brand are incredible from all reviews/posts I've read. If you need a mic just buy a separate.
I use a program called Soundswitch for changing output. You just select your audio (speakers, headphones, optical) and set a hot key so when you want your speakers to stfu and use your headphones you just hit that key and done.
keep looking at the echo dot, not really impressed with anything else this year
maybe ill buy some books
Anyone see any decent sound bars?
I literally see nothing on this prime day sale.
Not sure of the appeal of echo dot.
@Tyven, I have these Kingstons in black/red and I love them. $50 is pretty decent.
Thanks!
I need a rice cooker
I just opened mine.
It's awesome. I can't believe it's only $35. "Alexa play toddler music" is way easier than opening my laptop and searching YouTube. Speaker sounds way better than I expected. Also it's fucking tiny, barely larger than a hair product "puck".

I'd say if you have the money to just hold and buy an Instant Pot. It's not even at it's cheapest right now but so worth it as a rice cooker and much more.
Hope everyone's using CamelCamelCamel to compare prices of Prime Day goods vs. their traditional lowest prices. As per standard Amazon, Prime Day is yet another warehouse liquidation.
My girl bought an Amazon Echo almost instantly.
That covers us for the year, lol.
