This is mostly a bounce back from last month's poor showing. Bad news is wages actually declined a penny, and workforce participation declined (which is why unemployment dropped). Both of those are not promising.

However, there were upward revisions to the last two months numbers, so we didn't break our all-time record consecutive months jobs-added streak last month which initially showed a loss.

It's obviously not the only factor by any stretch of the imagination, promises to tax cuts have probably helped some as well as other things, yes even Obama era stuff has helped. I was asked for what Trump has done to help. He is slashing regulations at breakneck speed.
