I couldn't even tell you what happened in the past 6 months of WWE. Jinder lost the title, the most entertaining program is basically two authority figures fighting, people that sing are popular, and everyone is injured/sick because WWE overworks their talent. Am I missing anything important?

I can easily see it being justified by Undertaker saying something like "I know I'm done, but I want one more match," but come on. His match against Reigns was not good and honestly it was not Roman's fault. Taker was having a lot of trouble just moving around, and you could see at the botched tombstone moment that it happened because he couldn't get himself up. And that was a year ago!

His last good match at Mania was against Punk and that was 5 years ago. The match he lost with Brock everyone remembers just because of the shock of him losing. The match vs Bray sucked, the match vs Shane sucked, the match vs Roman sucked.

Taker's Hell in a Cell against Brock was good, and I thought the Shane match was decent. But both of those were heavily gimmicked which can mask just how poorly he moves these days. I'd imagine a match against Cena would probably be a straight affair, which would likely be terrible.

Lost in all the Paige news is that Mark Henry has retired from being an in-ring performer, although he will still take independent bookings on occasion. His last televised match for WWE was against Braun Strowman last February.
