Never existed. He was created after the manga.

Toriyama is only concerning his own story when writing drafts for super. As far as he is concerned, Pikkon doesn't exist, as that's not a character he created.

That whole arc was anime original (which Toriyama had no part in) to give themselves more time for Toriyama to create more content rather than catching up to him.

Well it's easy to assume he was stonger than piccolo at the time he was introduced, but have no real conclusion for current times; but yes, all can agree on weaker than Gotenks

Let's be honest. Pikkon (and everyone else) is exactly as strong as the plot demands them to be. Dude could one shot Cell. But then he lost to Goku, who had just gotten beat by a weaker version of Cell.

eh, even with that being filler, I don't take that at face value regardless.

Basically hit him twice off guard and it's not like Cell died, or even took any significant amount of damage (or any damage). Landing 2 hits on someone completely off guard doesn't mean he could beat Cell, lol.

Also wasn't that just spirit cell? They were in hell. They had some form of their bodies, but I doubt they were allowed to keep full power forms in the afterlife like the selected few heros.

That's only for the good guys that are deemed worthy and allowed to keep their bodies.

Wouldn't make sense for the same benefit to happen to bad guys.

But who knows, not like this show puts much thought into consistency.

I like that the manga is going a different route. I really wish the anime would use blue more. And blue in the manga and show are different.

I really wouldn't have minded if Goku & Toppo's battle was dragged out another episode or two, that was very enjoyable to watch. Very classic DBZ action combat.
