I called my normal doc. Two month wait to get in. Said I don't care who I get I'm in pain. OK, so and so at 3:40PM. Whatever. I can't stop shitting and my upper right abdomen fucking hurts right now.

Wife and I had Wingstop tonight. Has the Louisiana Rub and Garlic Parm. Former great. Latter, not so much. Cajun fries were great too. Def better than Bdubs, not better than local place that smokes wings. Would def go again.

Booked a refundable flight to trigger a CC bonus almost 9 months ago with intent to cancel in a month. Great, except that I forgot about it until just now.

Luckily it wasn't departing for two more months so I get refunded. Couldn't figure out if that counts as a fail or a win, so the tie breaker was that it was me who did this thus making it a fail.

Welp, just got back from the hospital. Doctor thought it might have been appendix so had a CT done. Enflamed liver with some jaundice. Goodbye alcohol. We had some good times.

How serious is the liver issue - I take it fairly since jaundice was accompanying it. I only mention it because I've had an inflamed/enlarged liver for years on and off but they can't can't decide if it's serious enough to enforce no drinking. While they said to cut back on drinking (yeah that hasn't happened) I don't have serious issues..that I know of.

I'll no severity tomorrow once bloodwork comes back. I've had stomach issues for a long time. I just can't act like I'm in my early twenties when it comes to drinking anymore. I need to get healthy before too much damage is done.

From 21-24 my group of friends and I were going out 4-5 nights a week while working 55+ hours a week. Granted our jobs were on the mentally tough side, but yeah we partied hard. Then in my late 20's I had a resurgence when I lived in Florida for a few years. My current stint is my own doing which I probably have discussed before. I've asked my doctors if there is some type of medication to help with stopping drinking, but they only offered inpatient rehab. I've been mentally ready to live a healthier life, but DT's scare the daylights out of me. But like tonight, I've only had one glass of wine and that's it. Plan to do the same moving forward unless my body says otherwise.

I started drinking myself when I was 13/14 living in an alcoholic and abusive home and then ramped it up after my mom died in my 20's basically drinking as much as I could to drown out the poor life choices I made so I can relate on some level.
Just recently in Texas I drank every night to stupid amounts even though I knew I'd regret it and feel like shit , it's kind of fucked how alcohol sometimes passes under the radar of addiction.
I really hope you'll be okay and know that you aren't alone in the struggle.

My fail is going through my expenses for Texas I noticed one of the bars I went to has a charge for almost $100 more than it should be , not pending but posted so now get to dispute that shit. My tab was only $48 and even as tipsy as I was there's no way I tipped them $100 , fuck. It actually pisses me off because they girls were really hot too but fuck you if that's going unnoticed.

Had a super flat this morning when I went to leave for work. Got it plugged and went on my way, but the wheel was making a lot of noise. I thought it was because the plug wasn't cut, but I pulled over anyway. The lugs were all loose. Tightened them with the shitty tool they give you with your car and was better. On my way again, driving down Broadway, and I get rear ended at a light.
