took the monitor to his vet appointment. whole office was cooing over him. he was really well behaved but by the time we got home, he was reaaaaallly tired of our shit and wanted to go hide. i was worried he was going to be stressed and not come out for a few days, because he needed to be fed and sometimes has to be coaxed out of hiding to eat. i dropped two fuzzy rat pups into his bowl and put him back in his tank, and he literally leaped open mouthed into his bowl and ate the living shit out of them.

so much for hiding for three days. he's doing really well.

I had such a great time at the Halloween brew crawl in downtown last night. So much eye candy and good drinks and food too.
Even won free makeup foundation at one spot. The highlight was meeting this group that insisted I come with them the last hour and had several hot girls all over me. One even took my number so here’s hoping lol.

It certainly is less blatant about it early on but it's definitely in the background here and there setting up for later. I mean liking it sure but favorite makes me feel like 2deep territory as most who would object to objectivism were rather harsh critics of basically book 6+ as you said

I actually love book 6, I just accept how blatant it is. It's from that point onward when he keeps giving 40-page speeches about self-determination in situations that can't possibly warrant it that it becomes a trek to power through until the end. It doesn't help that the last 3 books are all the same book.

Wait by the last 3 do you mean the Chainfire arc (which I actually liked the story but yeah was kind of drawn out) or the ones that came out just a few years ago that I've put off reading waaaay too long lol. As in I think Omen machine was the last I read not even sure I finished it
