I defeated moviepass. And by that I mean I got Costco to give me a refund for it

Go to slightly farther theater for a change of pace and oddly the tickets were a good couple dollars more than I usual. Then they ask us to pick seats and I'm like what... get in and it's all cleaned up (this was a kind of out town near the airport so a little dingy theater) and there is a bar... get into the movie and they've upgraded to recliner seats with tray tables recently. Nice suprise

yeah i think theaters have been pretty quick to adapt to the information era. they know we could just go pirate that shit, so they make the experience better.

This is a weird thing.

My father in law also started smoking while he was in treatment and my wife and I got him some edible pb cups. He had some good comments about my MiL and SiL playing Munchkins (the card game) with my wife and I. Including "this game is supposed to be for kids, but you two can't even figure it out."

Submitted my resume’ a few weeks ago for a supervisory position in a certain 3 letter agency trump hates. Got an email this morning that’s it’s been forwarded and moved on to the next phase. The process on average takes fucking forever, 6-12 months, but I’m still excited nonetheless.
