First is a real concern though I think they might have ones that are more fiber based (they do for breads and tortillas). But the 2nd there are some alternatives I believe... and well 95% of the people who claim to have a problem with gluten have never seen a doctor about it or have been told by the doctor to stfu
i would imagine zoodles taste much like spaghetti squash... which is to say, that it tastes like whatever you put on it.
personally, i thought it worked quite well as a vehicle for parmesan, but i suspect spaghetti squash would also taste awesome as a dessert with some brown sugar, maybe some maple syrup.
My wife made a zoodle dish using heavy whipping cream, bacon, and shrimp. I have no idea what she used for seasoning and what not, but it tasted incredible. A million times better than anything from Olive Garden. We're going to do spaghetti squash soon as well.
Yeah olive garden is pure garbage that's for sure.

I love zoodles more than Olive Garden because Olive Garden is hot trash.
I eat the delicious noodles and pasta that I make all the time, they are superior and fantastic.
It's part of the keto diet, which is eating full fat items and cutting out carbs and sugar. The idea is having meals higher in fat makes you eat less and feel full longer. Of course it's going to be up to the individual and self control.

Be honest Zet. While they make a difference it's not the noodles that make Olive garden trash compared other stuff. If OG used zoodles it'd be even worse and if you could bring in your own homemade sauce to an olive garden to put on their noodles it'd be better. There's a good reason why they are acceptable in sauce heavy things like pasta and you'd never use them in dishes where the noodle flavor is more important. I dare ya to put that in your Asian noodle dishes instead lol.
Speaking of sauces there's a local company (Sonoma Gourmet) here that I actually got to do a job for and they gave us some free sauces and they pretty good so far. Vodka and cream my favorite so far
Or just cut more! I actually kind of went the opposite route. Lost weight to make it easier to be more active. And did Keto more because it's more closer to what I had done most my life naturally instead of the more "normal" diet that I had adopted a few years before and health had gone down. Plus it helps with migraines woot

OG ranks up there with places you go to only on something like Mothers Day because you absolutely have to out of obligation. The bread sticks and salad are the only thing that keeps it decent, sometimes. I think there might be two things on the menu that do not come directly from a plastic bag and get heated up in the microwave.
I would take homemade fake noodles with some pimp ass meat sauce type concoction any day of the week over soul muting chain food sludge whether I was counting calories or not.
No one here defending olive garden, just people calling out zoodles being terrible only for people in denial and barely better than olive garden if at all.
