The beds you unroll in the instructions say not to sleep on them for 24-48hrs, that being said I've had guests lay on them after 8 and not complain, but who knows

found The Binding of Isaac in store at a Target today, some 2+ years after copies were last sent to retailers
the Switch library now merits alphabetizing
I kept getting parking tickets from this meter maid over the last few months. I have contested said ticket and won every time because it is some of the only free parking in the city. On the 4th ticket, I made sure to note that it is the same person issuing this ticket (It has their ID number on the ticket), and this is boarding harassment at this point. On the fifth ticket, i did the same thing, but this time I also called one of the directors I know over in that department (I helped transition a few of their systems over about a year ago) and gave him all the info on the tickets and what was going on.
That person has been let go, as they found out she has been giving tickets to a lot of people in free parking. She has been trying to bully people into not parking there so she could keep those spots clear from friends who were paying her.....
These fucking people man, you can't even give them a little power without them abusing it.
Wow dude

Bed came in today. FedEx guy was pissed LOL. I helped him get the mattress into the porch area but he left the box spring on my sidewalk. We must have gotten lucky because the mattress does not have any chemical smell whatsoever. We haven't ironed the new sheets yet so we're just going to let the mattress expand thru the night and set everything up tomorrow. Very excited!
Iron sheets? Lol

Who the fuck irons their sheets?
Serial killers over here.
We're old!
I'm older than he is I'm sure and the fuck is with ironing sheets ? If you want that cardboard crisp feeling just buy Peracle sheets , the 60/40 cotton poly blend and they wrinkle much less if at all. Or wrinklle free sheets are a thing now too..

Actually used to sometimes iron them when in bootcamp/barracks. Helped keep them nice and crisp and easily folded for inspections. Just had to not sleep in them either though lol.
Maybe that’s how they assess how the sex was: by the number of wrinkles in the sheets?
I'ma start ironing my sheets.
I iron my sheets.
Level of play goes up immensely when your bed is as immaculate as your game.
I just bought a heated throw blanket from Costco and this is a life changer. My feet always get so cold in winter and within minutes I'm already cozy. Definitely cheaper than running our space heater too.

The real game changer with sheets is having winter sheets and summer sheets
I wasn't aware of the difference and had "cold" sheets on full time. Sucked during the winter

The house I grew up in did not have central heat & air. We had two gas heaters for cold nights on opposite ends of the house. Understandably, my parents would never let us run those heaters after people retired to bed. So I had a small electric space heater in my room on cold nights. The comforting sounds of that space heater humming and keeping me toasty as I drifted off to sleep on winter nights I definitely believe contributed to my need for a fan or some other kind of white noise to fall asleep by now as an adult.
I actually relate to this all too well. I always had a small table fan growing up or a ceiling fan so it made it extremely hard to sleep without that even in winter.
When I started spending time away from home in complete silence it took awhile for my mind to adjust. I have found that tea helps relax my mind and not focus so much on the lack of white noise.

I can remember as a kid we had a kerosene heater in the living room. It was terrible.
Funny because I grew up in a rural area so it is hard for me to sleep unless it is completely dark and completely silent. It sucks when I stay in a hotel because of all the light bleeding and it is even worse in a city. I have to be the last person to bed and I make sure all the lights are off.
