Once you make an account, install the launcher, and DL the game, you can install "OpenMW" and play it using that instead of the Bethesda launcher. Supports better graphics and has some nice mod options:

It does say "Starting at", so I'm expecting only God of War to actually be $20 of the group. :/
That said, hope it includes the DLC since I've been waiting on a sale for the Spiderman stuff given how minuscule it is compared to the core game.

Target leaked their ad, Spider-Man and God of War are $20, Days Gone is $40.

Death Stranding for $60 and CTR for $30 will probably will be the only things I grab from this. God of War for $20 is a no-brainer as well if you don't already own, and RDR2/DaysGone/etc are $50. Pokemon pre-order for $65 as well, although nothing for Mario Maker 2 sadly.
