I think I did Reaver + Berserker dual wield, but the swing at the same time trait and completely wrecked everything.

I had a good time with the game, but I played it around release so ymmv.

Wolcen is out of early access after 4 years.

If anyone is needing that ARPG itch scratched I'm very much enjoying the official release.

Combat mostly plays like Diablo III but with more of the in depth passive/skill system of PoE.

And it's playable offline, which is always nice in this day and age.

Don't feel bad, we picked it up when we got an X Box One. I think I spent 3 hours on it and said fuck this. Game was fucking awful imo.

O I’m always in the mood to try an ARPG

I'm enjoying the shit out of it, been playing for like 4 hours now.

Definitely still got some bugs that need to be ironed out, but can see that there's a good amount of depth and variety to builds, and you can respec your character at any time (costs money or other resources tho), so you can do whatever the fuck you want with a character and never get locked down.

For what it’s worth most people who swear how good DA:O was played on PC where it’s dramatically different than console.

The story is great but the gameplay feels very dated and the graphics looked pretty bad even for when it came out (2009!). It has really fun characters and story and the origins system was a really intriguing concept I hope they return to in future titles.

So Wolcen devs were clearly not ready for the success of the game, which has completely annihilated the games servers and will apparently keep them offline for well over a day now. Thank god for offline mode I guess lol

There's also a sweet bug where the game can't save progress in Act 2, so you have to beat the entire act in a single sitting (which is prolly something like 4+ hours).

Short version, if you never bought it while back in early access, wait awhile lol

Gamestop is running b2 g2 on ps3/360 games this week. I was considering picking up a bunch of ps3 games to test on the emulator because there are a number of games for a great price. Unfortunately all the games I'm interested in are not labeled as playable for the emulator.

Not a bad haul for $23 and some change. Looking forward to testing them out on the PS3 emulator. Only one I've played is TLoU.

Ha! It actually still has some resale value and I needed one more $3 game. It's listed as "in game" but not "playable" on RPCS3's site and that's for sure true. You have to play with a lot of settings to make it work and then it still doesn't work like say Demon's Souls which so far has been awesome.

TLoU is just a special game to me. Quite possibly my #1 pick. While I bought it to play on the emulator I'm most likely going to fire it up on PS4 for another playthrough. It looks like the PS3's online multi player is still up and going too so I may have some fun with that too (I'm too cheap for PS+).
