There's classic crpgs, Arcanum, Torment, Wasteland, Fallout, Baldur's Gate, Neverwinter Nights, etc.
4x strategies and RTS are candiates, they generally don't get console releases.

Tabletop Simulator. With the steam workshop, you can play just about any board game ever made. Especially handy in the current situation.

I just bought Hades and it's fantastic, although it is also available on Switch - so not exclusive but on the Steam sale. I think the only PC exclusives I can think of are small indie games. For 3 bucks Islanders is fairly enchanting and quite fun.

You can also get Worms Rumble, but you need to log into the sony/psn website to claim it if you don't have a PS5, because it doesn't show in the 4's PS+ tab.
But after you do, it shows up in your PS4 PS+ tab because it's a 4/5 title.
