    Opinions needed for Golem



    OK has BSB (will entrust Alphinaud at start for DT)
    Fujin has her BSB so wrath all the way
    Rapha has Ultra (3 instant magic attack)
    Yuna has SSB and BSB (more magic)
    Alphinaud has BSB and DT

    My issue is that OK will have trouble wrathing everyone

    I'd put wind boost on Fujin and replace that materia with either ninja damage or more wind boost. She won't get much out of the extra MAG if you're using Raging Storm. And put that 6* earth resist accessory on someone

    Ninja dmg wont help much her BSB in BLM

    It's good. I'm dubious about fuujin bssb without enwind but it looks like a sub 60 party so it shouldn't make a big difference.

    EDIT: Fuujin commands I mean. The bssb and commands have a lot of power budgeted into debuffs which don't help for cites.

    That is precisely the amout of MAG I have.

    254 base (3* full dived, only Magus on 4*).
    197 from 6* Conformer (Max stoned)
    34 from 8* Keepsake Ribbon.
    15 from Fujin's Eyepatch.

    The bulk of your damage won't be coming from the BSB IMO as it's pretty weak for these, but Raging Storm, so you should def just go with Ninja damage + or Wind Boost.

    Fujin with 449 mag, Bartz's Cloak (or similar minor wind boost) and World Traveler, I hit almost 9999 on Raging Storm without VoF (iirc), def hit 9999 with it.

    Edit: Setup I use for Golem.

    Earth Shaker isn't particularly strong, and Savage Earth Shaker ignores resistance, so I don't really find shellga useful for this.

    Raging storm won't be affected after about 389? mag. But yeah you can get by without shellga here.
    Out of curiosity has anyone done it physical? Almost all of my wind stuff is physical (no cloud usb though).

    Much of what I've read is that there is simply too much "HP" to chew through for reliable sub 1 clears using pure physical without Cloud USB.

    Probably flat out impossible for sub 30.

    Seems like a lot... maybe change up magicite a bit? I'll look into recording a fight or something.

    Pre-orb fest I didn't have much water stuff, so Liquid Flame was a pain for me; I'll try it again soon with all these new water toys I got post-fest.

    With that said, I think I only used shellga for Sealion, Bismarck and Hydra.

    Didn't bother with protect for Fenrir or Hydra either.

    Slotting in a dispel for physical Golem sucks as well. It's about an extra 60k hp to burn through.

    And Raging storm with 2x wind boost + magicite bonuses @ the magic cap for ninjitsu is hitting for 9k x2 and does cap. Not using +wind RM though I may try it to see if it boosts Fujin's BSB entry/commands. On the other side, Meltdown will only cap after 2x 30% mag boost + en-wind from BSB. Only 1 wind boost equip on Emperor though. It's a lot easier to hit damage caps with ninjitsu.

    Swapped Raines for Squall and put Affliction Break on OK instead of Entrust. I'll worry about 30 sec clears later.

    Much cleaner kill with Squall's BSB2. If I get a double proc on Cmd1 early, or a full Cmd2, it generally dies at the 35 second mark before I even have to refresh CSB or Elara. Mathing out Edea to hit 1205 without all the extra upkeep meant much less to manage.

    OK tries to have either Onion Slice or Affliction Break active to burn the Fenrir Blink so Squall doesn't miss out on damage. The Wendigo magicite sometimes eats it for me as well.

    I need to try to clear Golem tonight, because since i'm gone for the weekend i dont have time for tryouts and only need 1 drop from sealion before i pass on golem full time

    Cleared Hydra and Golem (I know halved Magicite cost, but been dying to see if Gladio BSB + Butz USB could down Hydra and if Alph BSB + Fujin SSB spam could down Golem and found out, yes it works). All that is left for me to unlock Holy/Dark now is Liquid Flame which i'm pretty sure Bartz USB + Khim BSB will be able to do it.
