Pretty much all of this. Vaan's USB is also great if you've honed Thief skills coming packed with an ATK/RES steal, +30% damage on said skills and instant cast when using them. Unless you get Tiny Beed you're pretty much landing on something good here.
Maybe Seymour is kinda meh, Auron now has fire SAM skills to use unless your name is Rata.

Should I be super cheap with my mythril?
I hate waiting too long in between session so I've used a couple for stamina refreshes when I was mid battle.

I'd say you shouldn't need to worry about stamina too much with refreshes since clearing dungeons should keep you pretty capped up.

You can be a little loose with mythril at first, yes. Just understand it's a windfall and you get about 100 mythril/month after that's all exhausted.

Noctis' Gladiolus Link is crazy OP. At the recommendation of someone either here, or on NeoGAF... I cheesed my 3x MP Omegas solo. Killed 3x times, without taking ANY damage (except a tick or two of poison, and a few counters). His first and second move don't do any damage - always starts with that poison move, and then skips a turn on the 2nd move. So used this as an opportunity to build soulbreaks. My PT was...

Gladiolus Link > Entrust to Noctis > Cloud BSB2 > Squall BSB2

No, Dena accidently had it up the night before it was supposed to be released (like rubicante/gogo/umaro MC3 before their events).

It officially is released tomorrow at usual event time and lasts, along with MD1 until end of fest.

So after some generally lackluster pulls this fest I was about to breakdown and pull the gem only but can't decide on what to choose between Maria, Ayame and Edea (for magicite) or Relm (no VI medica).

Advice?

Do you have other ice/earth options for magicite? I'd pick Maria because earth is quite rare but it's also not as useful outside of magicite.

All I've got for ice is Celes and Riona BSB1 and Tifa and Bartz BSB1 for earth, haven't cleared either yet.

Hmm in that scenario I'd pick Edea then, you should be able to clear with Tifa and Bartz if you add normal abilities on top of their BSBs. Edea can carry you through Fenrir with proper support. Ayame would be good as well but she can't bypass the blink without wasting turns/commands. When you get Enkidu a realm medica won't be as necessary imo.

I'm at about 117 mythril now. Was going to go all in on the Phase 5 banner in hopes of a Healer SB (Y'shtola), but there are some decent looking ones on Phase IV.

Most of my synergy right now seems tilted towards VII and FFT. Tidus does have 2 (old ones, albeit).

There's no Y'shtola relic on banner #5, there's Iris. Y'shtola may be a pick for the CT draw but we don't know yet.

Iris has a good burst, just be careful not to expect it to be better than Ysh because it isn't.

Vanille may be on the Crystal Tower choice. Instant medica on entry. But then you're spamming C2 to heal since her C1 is a 2 hit holy attack.

Vanille or Y'shtola will be on CT depending on if they swap things around and are among the top healer relics, esp since they get double cast without relying on LMR. So save a 50 for CT if you need a healer.

Also Sarah will be on CT if you need a magic blink medica.
