I usually base my pulls on what i need, as of now the top content is Magicite and torments If i go that way

FF1 well i'm fucked like most people
FF2 Need 200 CM and 300CM (which is why i like Maria BSB)
FF3 Need 300 CM
FF4 Need 200 and 300CM
FFIX Exept Beatrix my Relic is weak there
FFXIII and XIV didn't read so no idea what i need for Torment
FFXV and T-0 well no torment planned for a bit

Magicite wise, I need to clear Holy and Dark but that should be easy with Raines BSB
Bismarck I have Ashe OSB but no BSB for Enthunder but got alot of Thunder BSB
Fire Magicite I got Tidus USB, Khimari and Paine BSB only

So by looking at the following banners.

FFXV I don't care much
FFII Only guy SSB interest me, I don't think a shit about Minwuu, Firion etc
FFVIII I cleared torments and all so no plans to pull
FFIII I mostly need Wind skills for Torment 300CM but Refia stuff interest me since she is fully dived
DU 38 VI, X-2 and XIII well pull for sure
VII Torment done don't care
IV Tay Interested for Ceordore holy stuff
FFX Tidus Water stuff.

So if we go renewal right now what interest me is

FFII Maria and Guy stuff for torment
FFIII too risky to get wind stuff so will skip^
FFIV Will wait for TAY event
FFIX Can't do Torment atm imo so maybe pull here maybe not
FFXI Would love Curilla BSB and LMR (has ultra and SSB)


So if we look at mythrils needed by the end of November if it all goes that way

Curilla's BSB and LMR won't be in the renewal banner. These banners only contain relics up to the first XV event back in August, that stuff was released with the event that came right after.

From gem, I either want Vaan, Ayame or Lulu. Ayame would help immensely, since my only ice is Edea. Lulu would help as I have her SSB, SSB, and LMR. Her armor is ice+ too. Too hard to choose.

FFVI Celes BSB1 (got her BSB2 already) Relm (got her USB)
FFIX Zidane or Freya Wind for Torment
FFX Tidus (but will pull on next X event)
XI Curilla (no idea when it comes back she is 99 and got her Ultra + SSB)

i'd personally vote against tidus, it was great in its day but with the low multiplier and lack of anything besides damage + enwater it's really showing its age. much better holding out for the next X event.

i'm really torn, was thinking of luneth (and also not) for the same reason; i have tons of wind stuff generally, but not enough FF3 toys to do JS CM3. it wouldn't really have much use outside of that, and i don't think it would push me over to being able to actually clear it anyway. leaning toward firion since i pulled his OSB during 'fest, it's still pretty good and i don't have a spammable mblink outside of rosa's SSB.

Maria - YES!
III - If it won't help you with what you're pulling for, no need.
IV - If you plan to pull on TAY, then don't.
V - Bartz is nice, but not nicer than Maria. Exdeath really only needs his USB.
VI - Celes BSB1 is picking it for +10 atk. No need with BSB2. Relm would be good for longer fights, but her USB is awesome already.
IX - I would pick Freya between the two, because Zidane's BSB1 is dated and only good for the imperil IMHO.
X - If youre pulling on next X event, no sir.
XI - I did torment 3 man with just Shantotto BSB. If you have Curilla's USB, thats probably enough.
XII - This is the only real competition in your list to Maria. Old, but it was designed well so it holds up.
T - Ramza's BSB 2 is way better, though Agrias would be a #3 option.

Also looking for some advice. Narrowed down to:

V: Gilgamesh (osb)
VI: Shadow (ssb, usb, LM)
VII: Yuffie (uniques, ssb)

Greg would be a tauntaliate option, but pretty meh otherwise. Shadow would be a great physical dark option (think I have a sb for gabranth?). Already have an Edge setup for water, but Yuffie will eventually pass him up. Thoughts?
