Decided to make my own thread not to hijack the other one

CEO has abour 40GB of Emails. (lolya) and what's to clean his box to archive.

Since PST are things of the past I wanted to give him the Online Archive from O365.

So here are some questions

1) Does the online archive retention policy only affects emails or can it affect notes and contacts and calenders items?

For 2 and 3 he's not sure what he wants now so i'm just pretending some questions

2) How would i set up the retention tag to make sure his notes doesn't get transfered to archive automaticly?

3) He told me he might want to deal with archiving manually by himself. If i create a retention policy with 0 retention tags in it, will it never automacitly move his emails?
