K2 (synthetic marijuana) overdoses set to overtake Opioids in MN. There has been only one study done on the drug worldwide and the study has found that it can either put users in a PCP-like rage or can leave them in a zombie-like state.
Thats crazy cause I work in a drug testing lab and by now ive seen thousands of reports and have only ever seen K2 show up once. Crazy how the population is figuring out wtf to do with opiates and it's synthetics meanwhile tomorrows drug problem is being ignored next door.

Had a very short relationship with a girl in college and all she wanted to do was smoke "spice" because she couldnt fail a drug test at work- that shit was potent in a really bad way lul
It seems like that article is counting "overdoses" to mean "incidents where the drug makes someone end up in the hospital" but then comparing it to opioid overdose deaths.
Still seems like a dumb drug.
Dumb, because it's a shitty version of the other stuff, but most places won't test for it. Super expensive to test for and apparently super rare so many places won't screen for it.

Is there even a consistent psychoactive substance in these "synthetics"? Sounds like it's just a catch-all term for random bullshit that people smoke.
