You'd still keep that title. But you would have a 2nd title put above or below it because BG Golde. Plus I learned to ignore titles after all the MMA people got the Sweaty Dick Punching Enthusiast titles.

Edit: Should mention that Johnny+Mony's contracts together are a combined hit of $12.75mil, $.25mil more then McDavid. But Johnny+Mony have a combined 53 points compared to McDavid+Draisaitl's 39 points (and their $20mil cap hit :3 )
