I'm actually more surprised they're putting in effort overall into this anime, since they didn't really have to improve shit after the disastrous first couple of seasons, but they did anyway.

The first seasons of DBS looked like a fucking Newsground flash animation it was so atrocious lol.

It did, but I never got around to watching the movies and ended up loving the first two arcs cause of the comedy. DBS is best when it isn't taking itself seriously.
