i've really enjoyed this expansion so far. Island Expeditions are way more fun than I thought they'd be, and there are so many zones and quests, its insane how much they give you to do just from 1 faction alone. I am really looking forward to playing Horde side. I haven't done many quests outside the war campaigns in Vordun, but I think it may be the only desert zone in the game I actually like.
Windwalker monk is very fun. I think we can all agree they kinda botched progression this expansion. Legion felt great, progressing through all the traits, getting stronger, even though they were pretty much all passives. I think we're extremely overdue for a new talent row, and I don't think azerite armor is going to scratch that itch of progression that artifacts gave.
@Gokulo I thought the Underot was crazy atmospheric. Also Waycrest Manor is really awesome, and i love they brought over that quirk with the doors from Arcway in the last expansion.
I don't think I've ever played an expansion where you got 0 new abilities while leveling to the new cap aside from XI and guild wars 2. It doesn't feel good, even if the reason is because they rolled new passives into the azerite gear system.
The amount of activity in this thread is depressing.
Yeah I'm enjoying the game a lot. Just grinding until I can become a Dark Iron. Still can't decide if I want to run a Dark Iron Warrior or Dark Iron Rogue.
With the Warfront scenario up, grinding 340+ drops, I'm up to 342 iLevel now, and only two slots aren't epic, due to getting a ring from the world boss this week and a proc on a world quest trinket. I could see how this might have been an actual PvP battleground, and maybe they will turn it into one eventually.
Just hit 120 this last weekend, was doing some additional questing for gold and had this drop off some random lvl120 bloodtroll mob (not in a dungeon)
what to do... what to do...
Sell if you could use 200k, keep if you don't. Easy to get weapons of 355-370.
I could really use the cash, this new character is a boosted 110 lock on a new server, haven't played since the first few months after legion dropped.
Just not sure what I'd spend it on...
food, pots, enchants. thats where most of my gold goes. and afterwards, if you really want, gear.
druid heals are such trash lol
Don't do shaman or druid at least for now. Do priest, pally, or monk.
I need to level a dark iron and void elf so I'll prob do a void elf monk and heal on it and a dark iron Hunter after that.
shammy isnt COMPLETELY broken, but they need some tweaks. that being said, a team of disc/holy(p)/mw can roll through the raid with ease if they're worth half of a shit. i had a guy thank me for carrying them through mythrax normal last night.... and it was my first time in the raid, and i was the lowest healer by at LEAST 10 ilvl.
Halloween is back, and that means the Headless Horseman mount is available again. Blizzard didn't update the level requirement, so L100 characters can get the mount, instead of Max L120 characters, and it just happened on my L110 Demon Hunter.
At Blizzcon today there was 2 new trailers.
