Tried to give Grancrest Senki a shot; just incredibly boring and fraught with the ABCs of anime cliches. Ditto for Death March to the Parallel World Rhapsody. Have struggled to find anything that resonates this season (beyond Devilman Cry Baby which just rocked my world in a somewhat enjoyable fashion). I miss Shokugeki.

The anime is going pretty fast compared to the manga, its like... basically caught up with the manga now. Looking forward to seeing what happens in the next half of the anime!

Ah that's because it came from a Light Novel. Going by that scale, we're now on the 5th volume out of 12. Readers anticipate that this season will end at beginning of 7th volume.
