am I the only one getting the feeling we AREN'T going to Garlemald? I feel like we're going to the WoD's original world where events played out differently, Scions jobs being different is one reason, Urianger called Y'shtola Master Matoya for another, Thancred also has both his eyes in good working order as opposed to the eye cover he's been wearing recently, and Minfilia is back, so it would make sense to me that we're going to fix their world to help our own somehow maybe?

Edit - Also they're being super secretive about where we are, if it was Garlemald I feel like they'd be up front about it

Garlemald is probably going to get treated like Ala Mhigo. We'll probably get there. There will probably be a settlement that'll act like a city. But we won't enter it besides a Dungeon.

Well we are going to Garlemald because the wood area is where the Viera live (and it's part of Golmore Jungle or something like that). We'll probably split between this and the new shard like in Stormblood.


Anyway tons of people freaking out because no male Viera was shown.

I'm personally fine since the female Viera look fucking fantastic. I believe male Viera are only born every 3-5 years, 8 in 10 born are female, etc. Male seeker Miqote are supposed to be rare as well, so who knows. Weren't Roe and Miqote gender locked in 1.0? Im sure enough feedback will get male chungus in the game eventually.

Getting a gender locked race as the "last race" added would be absurd, there must be a reason why they haven't shown males yet. Not gonna freak out yet.

Edit:Also Y'shtola switching classes was actually anticipated by Dissidia NT. She recently got a rework and is now able to switch stances between Conjurer and Thaumaturge. Go go SE spoiling their own stuff lol.
