widows was fine, had some nice mcqueen touches but on the whole it tried to do too much. was still enjoyable to watch for the cast but felt like a missed opportunity for me
Just finished Creed 2. God I love this series so god damn much. The entire film was a love letter to long time fans. Go watch it now!
Watched "Green Book" yesterday. Really enjoyed it. Some strong performances from Viggo and Mahershala. I actually liked it better then Bohemian Rhapsody >_>
2nding The Green book. amazing movie great performances
It was incredibly inspiring when Viggo takes that pizza and tacos it like a pro.
Throwing my hat in the ring for Green Book as well. Fantastic from beginning to end.
One sentence summary of the new Halloween: Jamie Lee O'Connor [stares at the camera] "If it bleeds, *cocks shotgun* we can kill it."
Saw the trailer for Glass and wanted to know who the crazy looking guy with the shaved head was. Had no idea it was James McAvoy. Led me to that characters movie Split which I haven't watched but it's in the queue. Should I watch Unbreakable first? I can't recall if that movie was good or bad from reviews.
There only connected at the very end but yeah they're both good

very loosely connected presumably until this third installment, but they're all solid movies. Go Unbreakable > Split > Glass whenever it comes out
Sweet. Will get Unbreakable later today. Thanks!
Vedged out on movies over the weekend. Decided to finally watch all Rocky movies. I may have watched them as a kid but I really don't remember them. Currently mid way thru 3. Damn you Thunderlips!
Watched both Unbreakable and Split. The former was good, not great. Split was incredible to me. James McAvoy's performance absolutely blew me away.
Watched Nocturnal Animals and at the end did a "what the frick was that?" but then was like, yeah, that was pretty damn good. While the story is nothing new I think the performances of Jake and Amy made this a great movie. Gotta say tho at the start I was like, what is on my screen and why am I watching this?
Just watched Bumblebee and really enjoyed myself. First five minutes of the movie was everything I wanted out of a Transformers movie. Loved them using the same design as the original cartoon and made them instantly recognizable. And John Cena had a great line in the movie, something along the lines of "They call themselves Decepticons and you want to trust them?"
Decided to watch Black Mirror Bandersnatch at work and it was very interesting. I need to do another watch through again but that was actually fun for the interactive part.
Ballad of Buster Scruggs was pretty tight.
