I always thought 1 skill =~ 1 Magic acc, in the same way that 1 combat skill =~ 1 acc

What is the best/good methods for powerleveling new characters/earning merit points? At present I've been killing Puks/Dragons in Escha - Zi'Tah one at a time on SAM, then I saw a BST round up 13 Puks/Dragons and have BouncingBertha use Tegmina Buffet which did ~13000-14000 AoE damage and one shot all of them. How pimp of a BST do you need to be to pull that off, or can I just level BST to 99, slap on some crappy i119 gear and do it? Any other methods of similar caliber that are more accessible?
The pimpest of beasts
Fastest is as you said, AOEing in escha zones with the ROEs in place. Not just BST can do that, a lot of jobs can. The best ones are BLU and BST, but jobs with aeolian edge and other conal/AOE ws's can do it fine as well.
What's the difference between "Magic Accuracy", "Magic Accuracy Skill", and just straight up [type of magic] skill? I know, for instance, it's roughly 11 skill = 1 Macc, but how does the "Magic Accuracy Skill" stat I'm seeing on weapons factor in?
not sure about the numbers for [magic type] skill, but
from the bg dev tracker thread:
Furthermore, the property “Weapon Skill+” and “Magic Accuracy Skill+” translates out as follows.
Weapon Skill +242: Attack +195, Accuracy +195
Weapon Skill +269: Attack +216, Accuracy +216
Magic Accuracy Skill +228: Magic Accuracy +115
Magic Accuracy Skill +242: Magic Accuracy +122
Magic Accuracy Skill +255: Magic Accuracy +128
Magic Accuracy Skill +269: Magic Accuracy +135
The above values should be used as a reference, as they are the stats that come out when applied to the base values. The actual value you receive may deviate slightly.
What are the rules that determine which stats you get from off-hand weapons?
There aren't really set rules, as the vast majority of applicable weapons offer the same stats in the off-hand. I think most, if not all, non-REMA that behave that way state Main Hand Only: in their stats (Ambuscade weapons, Su4/5 augments...or even going back to the 75 era augmented stuff with higher base damage in main hand).
Otherwise, REMA have always lacked most of their traits in the off-hand, with only basic things like ACC or DEX applying. Aeonics get their STP.
What um weapons does cor use these days for main/off hand? Specifically I'm wondering what ranged accuraccy options I have that don't require su yet.
UNM manticore drops racc daggers
What SoA ring for my Cor? Adoulin?
The WS damage/acc/regain one maybe? Helps alot of WSs that cor uses.
I'm about to get Comm. Tricorne +1 after JP midnight.
I want to turn it into Lanun Tricorne
and I think I ALSO want the "enhances winning streak" augment that comes from this magian trial on the +2 version.
So do I get the Lanun Tricorne updated through the magian trials, or does the Phantom Roll + 50 stat on the Lanun Tricorne replace the "Augments Phantom Roll / Winning Streak" Augment?
dont do it thru magian just upgrade via monisette/whatever bitches name is in port jeuno. check bg wiki for mats
Do the mobs in reisenjama give more capacity points than the mobs in eacha-ru’ann?
I want to say absolutely. If I wasn't cleaving I preferred flux 4 and did boars and toads setting those RoE. Can keep a chain pretty easily and I'd usually get an eschite ore or exp/CP ring during a session. Also I never got the KI so NMs wouldn't pop because I farmed the stone pouches for augmentations.

All reforged relic comes with the augments.Augmented with Adds "Enhances 'Winning Streak' effect"
Enhances Winning Streak effect by an additional 6 seconds per merit level.
As far as the Phantom Roll question: its the same thing. They got rid of the ambiguous "augments" and put a value to it.
Also, upgrading relic to +2 through magian may be more more feasible if currency is unavailable but forgotten's are. I found this out when there were no bynes for an upgrade, and someone told me to +2 it. its only 50 forgotten's to go from NQ to +2.
Aside from puk/dragon camp in zi'tah, what are other good camps for earning merits/PL? I'm anticipating next month having exp bonus event and puks/dragons being jam packed on Asura.
Is there a list of possible mogenhancements?
