Generally only matters on fodder, but Sinker Drill presents opportunity for a nice Darkness against mobs which are weak to piercing.

Sinker Drill and Thrashing Assault if MP isn't an issue.

I remember Heavy Strike being a great MP cost/damage ratio but it has a pretty big accuracy penalty. If you can overcome that (or fighting something where ACC is not an issue), it’s a good choice.

Are mythic weapons still a colossal pain in the ass to obtain? If not, how long would it take to casually get a Tizona?

Yes, yes they are. Colossal pain the ass is probably putting it nicely if you plan on soloing the entire thing.

all the steps are still there, just less wait between lockouts nowadays. could finish in a month or two if you have the playtime. casually, looking at maybe 2-3x that.

It takes a while to cap RP since dyna only opens up every 60 hours. Since you're not too hot on gil, throwing heroism at it won't be an option. It's probably a wash, but if you have no access to regal necklace, then I'd do roll path (more duration on roll is nice).

It's a tossup between follow-up and STP path after that. STP helps both meleeing and shooting, whereas follow-up is strictly meleeing. If you melee alot more than shooting, follow-up path is nice. If you want to be more balanced, then STP helps both circumstances.

I have regal necklace already, and ranking up is np as we do dyna twice a week. I range for omen/dyna, but melee everything else pretty much.

Having the minor bonus from Regal has no bearing on choosing roll duration or not..

She has one lanun, so she would want the best choice out of all 3 options. At least the roll path is now situational with its duration, since she has regal. If all the COR wanted was to lengthen their roll duration as much as possible, then I'd suggest roll path.

Since it looks like you shoot for TP occasionally, STP sounds like the right path for your current situation. You'll likely be using hepatizon sapara everywhere else for savage blade if you are able to melee.

Once again, having regal or not doesn't change the motivation for or against choosing the roll duration path, just saying.
