Not high, she just claims it's within her background. It's a negligible amount (a single ancestor several generations separated) and she herself argues that she's perceived as white (in other words, her background has never gotten her benefits in her career)

She went to law school well before modern URM bonuses rewarded identification as part Native American (not that she went to a school that's particularly selective) and the idea that her academic career would be insignificant without a minority status is pretty outlandish.

Also the majority of tribes do not use blood quanta as a metric to establish membership. That's not to say that Warren herself would qualify for tribal membership, but the idea of applying minimum percentages as a metric to determine who is and who is not of Native heritage is rejected by most Native American people as a tool of erasure
