Has there ever been a point where the AFC was this fucking terrible? It's not even funny anymore, it's legit pats getting a gimme to the playoffs and a few bye weeks.

There was that spell in the 90s where the Bills were there for four straight. The AFC was pretty bad then. I'm not quite sure if that was worse than it is now though.

I'm on board the Patriots train. I'd rather have had the Jags in, but I figure doing 3 Super Bowls in 4 years twice deflates the Cowboys legacy even more, which I'm in favor of. Also, the Eagles being the only team in the NFC East without a Super Bowl (let alone the 3, 4, or 5 Super Bowls of the other NFC East teams) is a legacy that needs maintained. And the anti-Patriots rage is just delicious. And with whats-his-name not here any more, my only hesitation on rooting for the Pats is gone.
