Steelers would have bent over for the Pats. There's no 3rd best team below them. You have the Pats and the Steelers/Jags. Steelers have better players but have been horsewhipped by the pats so much that they can't believe they can ever win, and the Jags are young but don't play dirty enough up the middle to beat them.
