i love Izzy's tech so i hope it ain't true but it's extremely suspect, texbook gynecomastia. it could be a remnant of past steroid use tho when he was fuckin around in Oceania and Asia in orgs that didn't give a fuck about steroids, the fatty tissue sometimes never goes away. maybe a bad weight cut / aging exposed it.
