Just out of the movie, the place was packed! The movie is nice in a turn off your brain kinda way, and I wasn't expecting the continuous comedy throughout the movie lol
They said it in the movie at the end lol. "You must have been hit in the head too many times"
Isn't that how his life started anyway? The guy is practically Superman with a major concussion.
Except nobody is trying to go to the movies for Superman’s brooding Zach Snyder faggotry and everyone wants to enjoy classic DB comedy.
Was lit. Will ride again. Side note, this theater is showing the Pachio/Broner fight.

Well holy fucking shit i saw this last night, and the hype in my theater was just on another level. That movie was unbelievably incredible in many ways.
Didnt think I'd live to see the day were there was marginally consist plot inside of DB. Great time to be alive

Also the movie came #3 in US weekend box office. Pretty crazy!
Saw this for the second time today with a different group of friends and the theater had a $5 special going on. Was at max capacity at 9 am and felt glorious. Now the wait for super to return

If nothing else this certainly guarantees Super is returning. And then some. This movie was a test pilot by Toei and Shueisha on whether or not the franchise was viable (initially in Japan and also globally) and that test has succeeded beyond their wildest dreams.
I can only hope the inevitable return of Super, or whatever it becomes later, follows the animation guidelines of the movie. I'm not asking for the budget that this had, but I think that the character designs were far and away superior to anything the anime ever had to offer and I think they could shift towards those in the future without any major financial losses.
i think you're asking for a lot tbh just from a funding standpoint, but i agree that we'll more than likely see more of the gang in the future. I really hopeSpoiler: show
To maintain that quality we’d probably get the more traditional “anime season” instead. I’d rather it stays as is.
