The whole time shit could've been avoided if they just used some alien terminology for it. Like, "Namek will blow up in 5 quibtows!" and we'd be none the wiser of just how much a quibtow is.

I mean if you want to dive that deeply, there's no need to invent new measurements of time. We think of a minute in Earth time, just like we do days. But they already established days are different, like when the Namek balls were usable every 130 days since that's how long in Earth days a year is for them. You could expand that to say 5 minutes on whatever planet Frieza is from was what was shown.

But applying that much thought to DB isn't worthwhile. We're just here for the fights and shit talking.

edit: also, does anyone notice that each time jiren says something or produces a reaction/emotion, he starts dropping power levels? Vegeta got him talking a bit allowed them to fight on somewhat equal terms temporarily, for example. lol

I didn't realize how good that guy was until this last episode. He really left it all out there. Dude for sure popped a vessel with some of those screams.

Not big on that animation style, especially after these recent DBS episodes. Reminds me of the new western cartoon look the recent Pokemon anime has.

It has the DBS logo on it so I guess we'll have a movie that's canon for once?
