Are the FFXI servers still EU/NA or combined these days? Don’t want to be requesting a world pass and then find out I’m playing in a different time zone.

And is there a way to find out the server population. Don’t want to be fighting for mobs when I could be living the easy life.

Hey all, newbie here came here through searching for info on Final Fantasy XI. Was not a huge MMO fan before, but have been playing XIV through the pandemic and between the music and story, wanted to go back and experience that as well. Probably will mostly play single-player with Trust companions.

I am Timo from Germany and I am happy to be back at FFXI.
I played FFXI more than 12 years ago. I always love the FF franchise and still play FFXIV or the remake of FF VII.
I saw that Square will start a Return to Vana diel campain this week and started a trial character last week to get
used to the new mechanics of the game.
I already met so many nice people that I decided to come back to FFXI.
Probably I will also meet some nice people from Germany, but I am happy about everybody to meet.
I want to appologize for bad english but I am hoping to meet nice people.
