yea i still might get one. I'd like a rasslin shirt for each day in NOLA, so far I've got two superkick related shirts and a Supplex City shirt (which I'm thinking about cutting). In the end Get These Hands will prob be too good to pass up, even tho I expect it to be the most popular shirt in NOLA.
Never actually took a close look at the "Get These Hands" shirt, surprised WWE could actually release a shirt that's not grossly over designed.
Last year the most popular shirt in Orlando felt like it was Rollins’ Kingslayer shirt.
Ryan Satin is reporting WWE is changing the name of the Women's Battle Royale.
WWE is changing the name of Moolah match:
“After further consideration, we believe it’s best to proceed with the name ‘WrestleMania Women’s Battle Royal.’ What remains most important is that this historic match is part of WWE’s unwavering commitment to the Women’s Division.”
Uh, why not just name it after a different woman.
How about the Manami Toyota Battle Royale, bring her in to sit at ringside. Or the Mildred Burke Memorial Battle Royale.
Luna Vashon, or Sherri Martel, or Chyna for fucks sake! But i guess if you look up Chyna on google, you’ll find porn.
The Joanie Laurer Memorial Battle Royale wouldn't be a bad idea.
Also, so is there no Andre Battle Royale this year? Just the Women's BR? Seems odd to leave off the match named after him when they're doing so much to promote that new documentary.
Theyre gonna bury Ciampa for getting over with the fans as a heel.
Hopefully Haitch will prevent that from happening.
Manami Toyota never worked for WWE/WWF though(the fact that it took until 2010 and Chikara to get her in the US still amazes me). Bull Nakano did, but she was fired for cocaine. Aja Kong did briefly, being built up to wrestle Madusa, but then Madusa got fired. Akira Hokuto worked for WCW, but again, not WWE. Mildred Burke never worked for WWWF/WWF to my knowledge.
Realistically, the best choice is Trish Stratus.
Pretty sure it is still happening, but no one cares about the winner, least of all WWE.
Mildred Burke is one of their "legacy" HoF inductees.
Also just found out WWE had no intention of changing the name; Snickers caught wind of it and threatened to pull sponsorship if they didn't change it.
