I saw some graphic about Brock's reign vs Punks. They were basically the same length. Brock has like 10 defenses and Punk had like 140. Pretty impressive.

Welp, guess he's going for Bruno's record too!
Lucha Underground is back tonight. I don't get El Rey though so
Any word if S3 of LU is coming to Netflix?
So, LU is back, and I have no idea how many people care or will wait til they can find it online. Kicking the season off with an Aztec Warfare match isn't a bad idea at all.
Spoiler: show
All in all, I hadn't even given LU a thought since the final night of last season's Ultima Lucha, other than thinking it was cool that it actually did get a new season since the last one was kind of a disaster. There's a ton of people I like there, but that kind of got watered down the past couple seasons when they were adding more people that I don't really care about than people I dig. There's so many people that I can look forward to seeing that even an episode featuring Jeremiah Crane will probably end up being good overall.
First 7 star match for you guessed it, Okada and Omega. Rumor mill is Jericho isn't having a match anytime soon. Bummer.
Tokyo Sports is reporting Meiko Satomura will be participating in the MYC2. Sendai Girls twitter posted it and Sendai Girls is run by Meiko, so I assume it is happening. Finals best be Meiko vs Io then.
Mauro Ranallo announced on Twitter he will be missing NXT Takeover because of a scheduling conflict with his other job as a Showtime boxing announcer. Nigel, Percy, and Vic Joseph will have the call.
If S3 isn't on netflix soon, I may have to look at other methods of watching. I loved the first 2 seasons, but I did get a bit of a TNA vibe where it just seemed like they were flooding the roster, even though they only had an hour on tv, which after commercials was down to about 45 minutes.
That said, their roster was stacked. Pentagon, Fenix, Drago, Aerostar, Matanza, King Cuerno, Johny Mundo/Impact/Fuck AAA, Taya, Ivalice, etc. Supposedly also this season we finally get the Ivalice/Catrina match that just about everyone has wanted
Jericho has said that he won't wrestle for any New Japan shows or anyone else if they take place in the states because that's too far over the line as far as he's concerned regarding his WWE role. That said, Jericho lies constantly so fully expect him to show up at the Cow Palace, All In, ROH in Madison Square Garden the night before WrestleMania, Impact, and the next season of Lucha Underground, while still being in Survivor Series, the Royal Rumble, and WrestleMania.
NXT last night had a great match with Pete Dunne vs. Kyle O'Reily.
Also on the network (for only 9.99!) they're airing a match called "Hidden Gems", a young Kenny Omega vs. Cru Jones in deep south wrestling, 2006.
Xavier Woods vs Kenny Omega going on right now lol.
EDIT: Tastysteve got super kicked!!!! LOLOLOLOLOL
I'm just following on twitter, but Kenny is killing it with the trash talking.
Golden Elite!!!! <3 Ibushi is absent tho
