Just watched Episodes 4 and 5.
I enjoyed 4 for what it was though 5 definitely gave me some more old school star wars feels I really enjoyed.

If I remember correctly it's only 8 episodes for the season so it's going by too fast.

If that's the case, I'm more okay with the episode, but I didn't like how much fan service this episode had. It's one of the reasons I really like the series compared to the anthology films.

Im really loving this show and how willing they are to just give us a short story every week instead of every episode having to have some enormous stakes and feel like a movie rather than just episode 5 of a tv series.

My only gripe is they've given every character great personality, but the only person that's carrying over every episode is Mando. I'd love to see more of the bounty chick from the last episode, and I wish I could have seen more of the new guy in ep5.

Did anyone catch the bar from A New Hope? I'm pretty sure they were sitting in the same spot Han was lol

are you talking about the scene right before the credits, where the armored person walks up to the dead girl that the merc killed? That couldnt be the mando we know cause at this point he was already flying away after the confrontation with the bounty hunter who turned on him.
