You unlocked every character in WoL? I know some people ended up missing Richter in the castle if they had to reset a puzzle and didn’t kill off all the ghosts, or else did you get all 3 places in the kirby mini game where you unlocked Dedede? There’s a spirit for both 2nd and 3rd place

Yup, have all fighters and got all 3 places for Kirby.

Do Dojo's count? I may have not visited a few after unlocking them.

Don’t think entering dojos counts, but I could be wrong, if all the spaces are visibly clear it’s probably spirits that appear due to solving a puzzle like in the forest in the sacred lands was one or two of those for following the statues directions?

5channel has apparently leaked the next DLC character: Erdrick from DQI-III (protagonist of III).

So that constitutes a 2nd SE participant. Nintendo is the ultimate troll. Clamor for one Toriyama character, get an obscure, cheaper to license one.

As for completion in WoL I can confirm not visiting a dojo doesn't affect progress. Just defeating the spirit to unlock it.

If Erdrick is coming then they are most definitely planning to remake DQ3 as teased by a certain game post credits scene.

Erdrick makes a whole lot of sense and was actually in my wishlist. DQ is a very important part of early Nintendo history, and Erdrick is the most representative hero of that era. I hope the leak is correct.

I'm good on the Geno for Joker trade. I was low key shifting hope on the SE rep to be Randi from SoM, but Erdrick is very okay with me.

I do hope they have him a little different than the FE sword users.

I've scoured my WoL map...even redid Kirby finishes. Still at 611.

Not crying because Erdrick is a pretty important character in Nintendo history and DQ is essentially a religion (alongside vending machine used panties) in Japan, but it does little to diminish my desire for Geno. That makes approx. 35 fighters that use swords in Smash, but there's enough characters that it doesn't matter too much.

The heroes in DQ typically use a lot of spells and spell-like abilities, so they could go that route for his specials. I'd definitely be disappointed if his down B ended up being a counter.

Hella refreshing to see a top 8 with no Bayo, Cloud, or Fox.

I know its early for meta definition, but I can see a meta forming where half the roster is viable and the other half is a hard counter for the top half. Everything looks really balanced between pros and cons.

You could tell he and Esam were just really having fun with it.

I was buoyed by the fact, though I'm not sure it was MVD, that the main fighter that Snake couldn't figure out was Toon Link. I'm still getting used to no FSmash feint, but the tradeoff on increased killing power of Fair and Bair are worth it. Uair seems to hang a bit longer too.
