Some of these 4* Fireemlbem Spirit board fights are driving me absolutely insane.

I've never been great at this game... Any tips to get good? Or in this case, for some of these fights... to cheese the hell out of them so I don't throw myself off a cliff?

For cheese I generally use super armour and hyper smash, computer is never ready for you to not give a shit about their attack. As for getting good, try watching some guides on youtube? Smash is movement heavy so practice movement then attacks/combos and edge guarding.

There’s a nifty glitch that’s pretty easy to replicate and can be absolutely hilarious using two Isabelle’s. You set items to spirit assists only. Have your Isabells on either side of it and then use your fishing rod at the same time towards it. If done correctly they will both latch onto the item and the system does a slight tug of war on it. Once it gets reeled in by one character or the other they will continually spawn the same assist spirit over and over. Some of them are absolutely hilarious when replicated time and time again. Eventually the entire map or screen is filled with them. You can break the glitch by attacking the individual spawning the spirits, but until that happens it’s pure chaos.
