Pagos XI throwback gear also gives haste. I think you get 9% for all 3.

idk. it would affect everything if it's the same as selene's haste which it probably is

Anyway following the people who've figured this stuff out. It seems you need:

Pagos (ilv360)
• 5 Frosted Protean Crystals
Pagos +1 (ilv365)
• 10 Frosted Protean Crystals
• 500 Pagos Crystals (This seems to be the Hard part)
Elemental (ilv370)
• I have no fucking clue

Louvi drops 2 cores per gold. (1 per silver)

FATE spawn rate is shit. I fucking guarantee it's because of those dumbass not-worth-doing rabbit FATEs taking up 1-2 of the 3 FATE slots.

Then it's probably intentional that you have to keep the rabbit FATEs cleared to advance NM FATE spawns in a timely manner.

Does the rabbit FATE force level sync, even though it doesn't grant exp?
