I am speechless.
I am speechless.
GOD DAMN what a movie!
10/10
I wish Strange woulda let Tony die but otherwise I loved everything about the movie. Thanos was perfect. Dat snap.
Damn that was amazing. That was everything I've ever wanted in a movie, and things I didn't know I needed in life, like Thor hanging out with Rocket and Groot
Loved all of the random teamups we got, and even knowing how things were going to end, what a fucking ride.
My entire theater popped when red skull appeared.
BIG DICK RUSSO BROTHERS DO IT AGAIN
That was incredible. I've never seen an audience for a Marvel movie be utterly silent as the film ended. It was like walking out of a god damn funeral. A few things, ultimate troll still no Hawkeye or Ant-Man appearance. Red Skull was a legit shock but I recognized Hugo Weaving's voice instantly. I was skeptical of the idea of them trying to depict Thanos in a sympathetic way almost but damn it worked. Thanos stole the movie. RIP Ebony Maw, would have loved more of him. Motherfucking Captain Marvel. Doctor Strange got a shit more focus than I thought he would get and I loved it. My entire theater laughed on the Peter Dinklage reveal.
I kind of wonder if the one possible future where Doctor Strange saw them winning involved Tony having to survive. That's the only possible reason I could think of that he would give up the Time Stone. And he said it was the only way as he went poof. So maybe?
I'll probably have more to babble about in the coming days but god damn what a movie.
So so so damn good. The team ups? Amazing. The characters selected for each team? Perfect choices. Complimented each other so well. Story line? So solid. Never let up even for a moment was constantly going and giving it. The fights were So brutal. So well done. Especially considering each character complimented another as they tag teamed a lot. Solo iron man vs Thanos? Tony was putting in fucking WORK on his own. Super impressive.
Also there was no Hugo weaving in the credits for red skull. It’s Ross Marquand.
movie was baller as fuck.
Fuck me. Just wow. I can’t wait to see this like 5 more times.
Also, I love joss Whedon as much as the next nerd but I was recently watching an interview where he was complaining about Age of Ulton and how hard it was to work with that many stars. Meanwhile. The fucking Russo brothers hit this out of the park like Thanos hitting Ironman with a moon.
Lot to unpack here, but I loved it. Jokes were on point, mood was heavy throughout; i knew they meant business when they killed Heimdall and Loki in the first 10 minutes. I'm glad Dr. Strange got so much screen time, and it was great to see Thor finally act and feel like a God.
Complaints were very very minor overall; I feel like Tony should've been smart enough to know he needed to alert Cap IMMEDIATELY instead of whining and wasting time. Also feel like they went overboard making Quill a bumbling oaf; I love me some Chris Pratt Starlord, but they went a bit far with it.
Little confused why Hulk wouldn't come out at all.
Red Skull out of fucking NOWHERE!
It was everything it needed to be. A+.
Biggest question I want answered.
How the fuck does Thanos know Stark
