Disappointing end to the season that's for sure. Only bright side for me is the kings got swept first. Sharks played well all 4 games and deserved to win. Sad ending to Beauch's career going out on a sweep. Knights and sharks will be a fun series to watch.


I'm curious to see how this is going to affect the ducks going forward. Darren Drager had an article on TSN earlier today suggesting some changes in the offseason and I'm inclined to believe him but other than a new GM or coach I don't see it happening. The big 3 he talked about all have no move clauses; Getzlaf, Perry and Kesler. You don't trade your best centerman. No ones going to take a guy making 8.25mil and scoring less than 20 goals. And a guy that's got injury problems. Randy really needs to go. I was glad to see him go last time and was not all that happy we brought him back. Not a whole lot of coaching options out there right now but he needs to go.

Bright spots for me this year was play of the young defenseman, Welinski, Petterson and Megna. Derrick Grant, Ondre Kase and Adam Henrique in the forwards spots. One of the best trades Bob Murray has made. My wish for next year is someone to fix the GODDAMN POWERPLAY.

Was reading up on more stats from the Kings/Knights game. Ducks/Sharks game 3 combined was only one goal less (9) then the entirety of the Kings/Knights 4 game series (10). Also only 7 people on the entire kings roster recorded a single point off of the 3 goals they scored collectively.
