It doesn't have Sora, or at least that's what people were sperging out over and bitching about when Nintendo announced the game.

Well I'm looking at the PS4 store and it says the upgrade is 15.99, but then I see a DLC pack for 15 dollars for a bunch of creatures. Just wondering if the switch version has that creatues DLC included. I know they did that for games like Disgaea5, where on the PS4 store you had to buy all that damn DLC to get characters like Laharl, but on the switch it included all the DLC and you didn't pay extra.
Pretty sure the switch as all content including dlc except maybe sora
I don't know what all was added for DLC but one place I was checking out said it includes Seph and Balthier. Not sure what else there was for DLC though.
Has anyone experienced a drifting issue with their Joycon? Sometimes my left one registers the analog going left even though I never touched it
Common problem with Joycons and Pro controllers both. Don't think they have a lot without those problems yet, but the earlier models are far worse.
Mine is over a year old so eck....
Splatoon is a graveyard for those controllers lol. See it every other week. "my stick is drifting on my oldest" usually 1-2 years in.
Theres more than a few youtube videos showing how to repair it if you're willing to crack it open. I fixed one for a friend, its not very intensive at all.
You can also see if you can't open up the gap at the base of the analog stick and hit it with some compressed air. That could work too without opening it up and manually cleaning the leads.
I looked at one that mentioned lifting the rubber flap up and cleaning under that. Gave that a shot. If it fails I'll tough it out til Smash then have Nintendo repair it while that consumes my life.
No way in hell I'm going to attempt to repair it myself. I have horrible luck with ribbon cables. Would rather deal with my squid running into walls radomly than break it.
Which you can now watch on your Switch.

That's cool I guess, seems a bit late but I'll take it.
not bad, the Hulu only media offering was wearing a bit thin.
postscript I've been meaning to use my Switch as more than a Zelda player now that I'm wrapping up a BotW master mode run, for game #2 am I fooling myself going with anything besides Odyssey? already own most of the stellar indie titles like Hollow Knight and Stardew Valley on PC.
if you don't have Odyssey you need to play Odyssey before anything else, absolutely without question
unless I read you wrong and you're asking for additional suggestions BEYOND Odyssey, in which case yeah there are tons of great games. but if you're just asking "what should I get next" then Odyssey 100%
Yeah I'd highly suggest Odyssey as well.

So now the wii is only supported by Ubisoft? lol
JUST DANCE!
I haven't kept up with the Switch all that much. It's been on my radar, but not much else. I recall hearing rumblings maybe 6~ months ago about a system refresh coming out, or a higher end option. Has there been any development on that, or was it nonsense? With Smash coming up, I'd really like to get one, but I'd hate to buy one only for a new version to come out in the coming months. The Gamestop deal for Mario Kart 8, system, and $50 gift card for $299 seems like a great deal that I might hop on if there hasn't been any more news about a refresh.
