I'm thinking of selling my switch and picking up one of the new versions for absolutely no reason at all. I don't know if I'd want a smaller or larger one. I just like new things. Whatever works with the current docks since I have two, and Bluetooth headphones would be nice to use.

Panty Party is Getting a Physical Edition

Independent developer & publisher Eastasiasoft Limited, alongside Japanese publisher Cosen today announced that the fast-paced battle game Panty Party will be the next official limited physical print in eastasiasoft’s Nintendo Switch collection.

Panty Party is a third person battle shooter, where players will dash and dodge their way through the world in control of a diverse cast of deadly pairs of sentient underwear! Filled with humour, action, and tons of panty variety to choose from, including different skills and designs, Panty Party never takes itself too seriously while putting the raw power of fan service into the hands of players.

Panty Party will be playable in a wide selection of languages, including English, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Russian, and others.

The Panty Party physical release for Nintendo Switch will be available to purchase starting May 2nd at online retailer Play-Asia. Players can look forward to both Standard & Limited Edition releases of Panty Party.

The Limited Edition will be limited to 3,000 copies and available for US$49.99. The Standard Edition will be available for US$29.99.

Jack Jeanne - From the Creator of Tokyo Ghoul

The game's story centers around protagonist Kisa Tachibana, a girl who had given up a career in theater, but receives an invitation to attend the Univers Drama School, an elite drama school for male actors, where students play female roles (referred to as "Jeanne" roles) in addition to male roles ("Jack" roles). However, to maintain her enrollment, she must land a starring role in the school's play at the end of the year, and also hide that she is a girl.

Ishida is credited with the original work and character designs, and also worked on the world design, in-game illustrations, and insert song lyrics for the game. Shin Towada (Tokyo Ghoul novel series) penned the game's scenario alongside Ishida. Akira Kosemura is composing the music. Lownine is credited for concept art, while Seishiro is credited for choreography. Broccoli is developing the game in collaboration with Happinet.

Blades of Time: Switch Edition - May 14, 2019

Blades of Time, the time-warping Hack ’n’ Slash action adventure featuring fast-paced combat with swords, firearms and magic, is now heading for a launch on Nintendo Switch on May 14th. The remastered Switch release is an upgrade over Gaijin Entertainment’s PC version of the game, which is still a fan-favorite with many and currently enjoys 86% positive reviews on Steam. Now, old and new fans alike will be able to enjoy Blades of Time anytime and anywhere thanks to the Nintendo Switch’s portable versatility. In the freshly revamped multiplayer mode, players can engage in action-packed MOBA combat leading hordes of NPC monsters against the armies of other players.

The story-driven single player campaign sees the daring treasure huntress Ayumi set out on a journey to an ancient island to reach the hidden treasures of a long lost civilization. To fight her way through hordes of monsters and other creatures of magic, the heroine can perform more than 40 unique attacks, utilizing powerful melee combos, firearms, powerful magic and even rewind time.

With Ayumi’s time-rewind ability, players can bring an almost limitless amount of strategies to the battlefield. After a time rewind, Ayumi’s shadow in time will repeat the last actions of the player, like fighting monsters or luring them away. At the same time, the player can then charge into battle with Ayumi again, using the additional firepower - or detraction - to defeat even the biggest hordes of enemies or the most powerful bosses. You can repeat this tactic again and again in the same battle to bring up to five shadows of Ayumi from different timelines simultaneously.

For those ready to cross swords with real competitors, the game also offers a challenging multiplayer mode, uniquely combining the game’s third-person Hack ‘n’ Slash combat with strategic MOBA elements. Players can choose their avatar among several heroines and heroes, all featuring different skills and special abilities. Each player then takes charge of an army of NPC monsters, trying to be the first to destroy the enemy’s stronghold.
