There is a wall of emblems that you can manipulate to add bonuses or do different things in the raid. Some teleport you to certain bosses, some kill you, and I guess one is birthday party.

That's really awesome. I want to try to put in 6-8 hours between tonight and tomorrow morning to push my power level higher and finally finish the story. Anyone on here still play on PC? I've seen a couple online in the Clan, just not sure who they are.

EDIT: I'm running Warlock as my first character through. Going to pick up the new Well of Radiance subclass today and level that as my first subclass. If anyone wants to join in on stuff I should be on later tonight for a few hours, maybe 10pm EST, and again tomorrow morning around 9/10 am EST until maybe 1 or 2pm.

Up to 557 currently, still a couple more Powerful Engrams left for me to get on Hunter before I go to Warlock. Whisper and Sleeper are now both above 550. I still need to spam EP for shotgun later if anyone else is interested.

Edit: For those unaware, there are 2 Iron Banner bounties that have Powerful Engram rewards.

I'm not really sure. There's a list floating around somewhere. You're making "wishes" and one of them is that you want to stay forever or something. People think if you get that and beat the raid without a wipe there may be a bonus.
