It has become the most expensive campaign in regards to one side trying to pass or defeat a ballot initiative even when adjusting for inflation.

The $212M for Meg Whitman was for her run for governor in 2010 so kinda out of scope.

Yeah, I'm going through that right now. Mostly HSBC, but also includes JPM Chase, Standard Chartered, Deutsche Bank, and Bank of New York Mellon.
